J. Higgins Coaching works with supervisors, command staff, executives, and organizational leaders to identify and address these pressures early. The focus is on maintaining clarity, emotional regulation, and values-based leadership behavior across daily operational demands.

Rather than attempting to eliminate stress, this work focuses on increasing psychological flexibility — the ability to stay present, make effective decisions, and take values-consistent action even when pressure, uncertainty, or strong emotions are present.

Services are non-clinical in nature and delivered as coaching, consultation, and education — not psychotherapy or treatment.
